Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are presented during registration. At the time of payment, by processing payment, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and accept these Terms & Conditions:

Effective October 31, 2024

Terms of Purchase

I confirm that by registering for Jen’s Camp program, events and/or sessions and that I have read, understood, and agreed to  Jen’s Camp LLC (known as  “Jen’s Camp program”, “Camp”, “camp”, “program” or “Jen’s Camp”) terms and conditions. This includes all terms and conditions noted in the terms and conditions policy.

Transfers:

In short, if we can transfer an unused week (unit) or day pass (unit) to an available week (unit) or day pass (unit), we will.   We may need up to 5 business days to process a transfer, so let us know as soon as possible that you need a transfer in order to avoid disruptions to Camp attendance. We can transfer unused spring break units (week) to available summer units when possible.  There is no charge for a transfer (YAY!).  If we are unable to transfer an unused unit (week or day pass), we will offer a refund, less the 7% non-refundable processing fee.  There are no transfers to the next year (calendar year) of Jen’s Camp. All passees and units  must be used in the year they were purchased, issued or awarded. Full Summer plans do not include Bonus Week(s) and transfers cannot occur between Summer and Bonus week beyond the sixth week. To clarify, if a camper purchases a whole summer pass but only attends for six weeks, they cannot transfer the 7th week to the Bonus Week of camp. Summer passes are considered maximized on the sixth week of attendance, no transfers can occur beyond that sixth week. Bonus Week has limited capacity and transfers are not guaranteed.

Cancellations and Refunds:

For our 2025 sessions, we are currently offering three different types of registration so families can chose the plan that best fits their needs. We offer full summer session, weekly blocks, or day passes. These are all intended to allow our families to choose the option that is best for them and plan ahead while we plan ahead for our sessions.  This also helps us follow current health (including COVID, etc) precautions. Jen’s Camp weekly and daily purchases are treated as units, and a unit is not refundable once the camper checks-in one time during that unit.  If there has been no check-in, the unit is eligible for refund, less a 7% non-refundable processing fee.

If a camper(s) is (are) registered for the entire summer, once they have been checked in for any 1(one) day of 6 (six) camp units, there is no refund to be issued as the summer pass is considered maximized when a camper(s) has attended 6 (six) out of the 7 (seven) units of summer. If they are checked in for any 1(one) day of 5 (five) or less camp units, Jen’s Camp will issue a refund for any of the first 6 weekly units that are unused by taking the regular weekly rate multiplied by the number of units unattended at the regular camp season registration rate. Summer session and weekly session purchases are not eligible for daily refunds, just weekly.

To clarify a little more about the check-in, there is no requirement that the camper stay the entire day.  Once they have been checked-in, we are unable to offer a refund for that entire unit of camp.  Once checked in, the unit is considered used. If a refund is requested, and the camper registered for a unit of camp has never been checked-in for that unit, we are able to offer a refund, less the 7% non-refundable processing fee.

If Jen’s Camp is unable to operate due to a medical, safety, operational, or other emergency or situation, we will not be able to refund the day(s) affected, unless it affects a refund-eligible unit, in which case a full refund, less the 7% processing fee will be issued. Such examples include but are not limited to state or local government imposed restrictions on operation or assembly, extreme weather, water, plumbing, gas, permitting, electrical or other such events or situations that would compromise the safety of the campers or staff as deemed by Jen’s Camp. There are no refunds on donated day passes or scholarships. There are no transfers to the next year (calendar year) of Jen’s Camp, all passees must be used in the year they were purchased or awarded. There are no exceptions made to this policy including but not limited to if a child(ren) is asked to leave due to behavior (camper or parent/guardian/approved pick-up person behavior), injury or illness.  In the event that COVID 19 or other illness increases in severity/spread we reserve the right to require masking at all times as well as no longer offer daily registration. We may request campers be put into stable groups. If stable groups or virtual camp experience is required, while we will do all that we reasonably can to allow daily passes still, there is a possibility all campers will need to register for full weeks at a time, even if previously registered for days only.

Program

We reserve the right to keep things fun. We always try to pivot and make changes that bring better engagement and joy.  Campers have amazing ideas and our philosophy encourages them to advocate for themselves and see their feedback and ideas come to fruition when possible.  We will always have an eye on practicality, safety, and development that we will intertwine in our brainstorming sessions with them.

Referrals (New to us families)

Woohoo! Thank you for the referral - we really appreciate it! The referred family confirms with us who referred them during registration, they must enter the name of only one referral family to receive a credit once they attend 5 days or more of camp in 2025. One (1) referral credit will be issued for each new (to us) referred camper/ The referral credit is $50 for one (new to us) camper, and $50 for each additional new to us camper there after. For example, if a new family registers 3 new to us campers to Jen’s Camp LLC for one week each, and they attend, then a credit of $150 (Camper #1 = $50, Camper #2 $50, Camper #3 $50 = $150) is given to the referring family. Multiple families/individuals cannot refer the same family/individual. The maximum referral credit is one credit per new (to us) camper. A referral activates once the referred camper(s) is/are registered and have checked in for their registered date(s), currently we require 5 days or more.

We have found new campers tend to have the best experience when they have 5 days in a row of camp. If the referring family is already registered, we will provide the credit in the form of a refund. If the referring family is not yet registered we will provide the credit in the form of a promo code to be used at registration. We will not give cash. Referral credits must be used in 2025. The 2025 season ends on August 1, 2025.

Terms of Service

Permission to Participate, Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement

Permission: This camper information is correct and complete as far as I know, and the child(ren) herein described has/have permission to engage in all camp activities provided by Jen’s Camp.

Camper Release:  Jen’s Camp will release a camper/child ONLY to a parent/guardian or approved pick-up person/emergency contact as indicated during registration, or to a person authorized in writing via email by the parent(s)/guardian(s). A list of authorized persons is kept as part of each student’s file. If a child is to be picked up by someone not on the list, a parent/guardian is required to put their approval in writing (via email) or by adding the person in the online system. If a child says they are going home with someone else and we do not have written permission, a parent/guardian will be called and the child will not be released until we have written verification.  All pick-up people need to bring a valid photo ID so Jen’s Camp staff can validate the name and photo match. Parents/guardians should expect to show their photo ID for the first several pick-ups until our staff recognizes the pick-up person beyond a shadow of doubt.  As we are getting to know many new parents the first few weeks of camp, this may take several weeks.

Waiver and Release: In consideration of being permitted to participate in Camp activities, programs and events,  I for myself, my child(ren) named herein (or the child(ren) I am a guardian of), my heirs, executors and assigns, waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue Jen’s Camp LLC, their Directors, officers, staffs,  and agents (collectively “Camp Staff” or “Jen’s Camp Staff”) from all claims and liabilities (whether on behalf of my child(ren), child(ren) I am the guardian of,  named herein or for my own benefit) for personal injury, accidents or illness, death and property loss arising from, but not limited to, my participation or my child’s/children’s participation in any of Jen’s Camp programs, activities, events or camp, including but not limited to participation in any in-person, online or virtual programs offered by Jen’s Camp. This release includes a release of known and unknown claims and a release for the negligence of Jen’s Camp and Jen’s Camp Staff, whether or not active or passive. I further waive any and all claims and release Jen’s Camp and Camp Staff from liability for damage or loss incurred or as a result of the actions or omissions of any third party while participating in the programs, events, activities, camp, communication  or registration process. I waive any and all causes of action in connection with the above, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, to the extent allowed by applicable law. I understand that this is a license-exempt child care center and is not regulated by the Department of Children and Family Services. Caregivers, campers are prohibited from bringing firearms on premises. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited.

Assumption of Risks: Participation in the activities, programs, events, and camp carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries or prepare children. I understand that my child(ren) and/or the child(ren) that I am guardian of,  may be exposed to dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: use of common tools such as sewing machines, knitting needles, sewing needles, staplers, sharp crafting and program tools such as but not limited to scissors, lamination, circuits, hot glue guns, and tape dispensers; active outdoor play with other children and Camp staff and objects such as sporting equipment, play equipment, monkey bars, slides, hills, inflatables, and play objects and equipment with wheels; use of playground equipment; use of specialized equipment (such as, but not limited to cooking tools, pumps, kitchen knives and other cutting/slicing devices).   I know, understand, and appreciate these dangers, hazards and other risks that are inherent in the Jen’s Camp and Camp program, activities and events and the school setting, materials and properties in which Jen’s Camp occurs. I hereby assert that my child(ren)’s or the child(ren) that I’m the guardian of, their participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.

Social Media: All issues regarding Jen’s Camp as a whole, its policies, staff(s) and the workings of the Camp shall be handled by the administration and the parent(s)/guardian(s). We agree as parents/guardians/caregivers not to post any grievances of any type on social media.

Communication: General information will be sent via email. Please feel free to contact the Camp at any time with questions or concerns.

First Aid Acknowledgement and Approval: I know and approve Jen’s Camp and Jen’s Camp staff to perform First Aid on my child(ren) or child(ren) I am guardian of and allow them to use medication including alcohol swabs to clean an area, neosporin, bacitracin, or other first aid ointment, bee sting relief, insect bite relief, eye rinse and anti-itch cream or other aid bringing devices or substances. I approve Jen’s Camp and Jen’s Camp Staff to use tweezers, nail clippers, bandages, gauze, tape, and other first aid materials as they deem necessary or helpful during first aid care to my child(ren) or the child(ren) I am a legal guardian of.

I hereby give permission to Jen’s Camp to act according to their best judgment in any situation requiring medical attention for my child(ren) or the child(ren) that I am the guardian of, named herein. This includes routine health care, administering and/or dispensing prescribed medications that I have sent along with a completed medical form, and seeking and transporting my child(ren) to/from emergency medical treatment and treatment including ordering x-rays, routine tests. I agree to the release of any records necessary for medical or insurance purposes. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide medical insurance coverage for my child(ren) named herein while participating in Jen’s Camp, the camp, activities, programs and events. Any costs of medical treatment provided to my child(ren) named herein that are not covered by medical insurance will be my sole responsibility. I give permission to Jen’s Camp to use their discretion to arrange necessary related transportation for my child(ren). In the event I cannot be reached in an emergency, or Jen’s Camp staff determines my child(ren) needs medical attention swiftly and I need to be contacted once their necessarily medical attention/transportation is underway, I hereby give permission to the physician and/or medical professionals and staff selected by the Camp to secure and administer treatment, including hospitalization, for my child(ren) named herein.

While handwashing is available and encouraged in the restrooms of Camp, hand sanitizer may also be available for use and I approve that my child(ren) or the child(ren) that I am the legal guardian of can use the hand sanitizer provided.

An AED device is on site given that we are in a school setting for use during emergencies, I approve this use, if needed.

I also approve the use of an emergency epi-pen use if one is available on site and can be administered.

Audio, Photos, and Videos: I hereby grant permission to Jen’s Camp to photograph and capture audio and video of my child(ren) named herein at Camp and/or at Jen’s Camp events, programs or activities.  Jen’s Camp may take and use photos and videos of my camper(s), without further compensation or permission.  I understand that these audio files, photos, and videos can be posted in Camp storage drives or other storage systems and parent/guardians with campers registered will have permission to access these folders/drives/audio files/photos/videos.  Photos and videos can be used for Jen’s Camp promotional materials which may be publicly available on the internet and/or distributed by print or electronic device(s) including but not limited to news outlets, social media and websites. Photos and videos may also be used for Jen’s Camp training purposes. Given that campers wear name tags, they may be able to be identified in photos/videos by their name. When selecting photos, audio files, and video for promotional use, Jen’s Camp will make a reasonable effort to avoid capturing the name tag.   Present on their nametags there may also be grade level/age and allergy or other information.  Name tag information may change at the discretion of Camp. I agree to release Jen’s Camp from any claims or liability resulting from their use of photos, audio or videos.  Such recordings shall be the sole and exclusive property of Jen’s Camp, and may be used by Jen’s Camp in its sole and complete discretion, and shall not be released to parents or guardians of Jen’s Camp campers other than as required by law or as approved by Camp.

I understand I can request a no photo tape across my camper(s) name tag but that it does not guarantee audio, video or photograph of my camper(s) will not be captured nor does it guarantee it will not be used by Jen’s Camp LLC.

Drills: Jen’s Camp practices safety drills (Not limited to: fire, tornado, emergency pick up, soft lock down, and intruder).

Emergency Approval to Leave Premise: While extremely unlikely, if an emergent situation should arise where it is unsafe for Camp Staff and campers to remain on campus, the parent/guardian hereby gives Jen’s Camp permission to leave campus in an effort to achieve safety. This would only be done if there is believed to be imminent and threatening danger.  Parents/guardians will be notified of this situation and the new location as soon as possible.

No Firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted on premises or at any gathering of Jen’s Camp. No personal pets are permitted on premise including the entryway to the main entrance.

Indemnification, Hold Harmless and Defense: I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Jen’s Camp against any and all claims to which the “Waiver and Release” section of this agreement applies, including claims on behalf of any participating minor if the authorization is signed below. I also promise to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Jen’s Camp against any and all claims for my own negligence, and any other claim arising from my conduct during Jen’s Camp activities, events (promotional and other) and programs, and Jen’s Camp Staff or which is a breach of this agreement. In accordance with these promises, I will reimburse Jen’s Camp for any damages, reasonable settlements and defense costs, including attorney’s fees, that Jen’s Camp may incur because of any such claims made against them.

Disputes:  (i) Under no circumstance will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; (ii) all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this agreement or the activities, shall be filed and instituted no later than one year (365 days) from the date the cause of action or claim arose and shall be resolved individually — without resort to any form of class action — by binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator selected by and in accordance with the consumer arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), which may be found on AAA’s website available at www.adr.org. if AAA is not available for any reason or refuses to administer the arbitration, the parties shall mutually agree to select an arbitrator under the rules of another alternative dispute resolution provider; (iii)  any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall such claims, judgments or awards include attorneys’ fees; (iv) the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the State of Illinois in rendering an award; (v) the parties consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Illinois; (vi) any award rendered by the arbitrator may be confirmed as a judgment in any court of applicable jurisdiction; (vii) if any part of this arbitration clause, other than waivers of class action rights, is deemed or found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall remain enforceable. If a waiver of class action right is deemed or found to be unenforceable for any reason in a case in which class action allegations have been made, the remainder of this arbitration clause shall be unenforceable; and (viii) any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement or the Activities to enforce the arbitration award shall be resolved solely in the state courts.

Sick Policy: Children should be kept at home if they are ill. Any child who appears ill, who becomes sick, develops a fever or shows any sign of infection at camp will be sent home. This includes excessive runny noses (especially with colored mucus), coughs, a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher and any symptoms that prevent them from participating in camp comfortably. Your child may wear a mask at camp to reduce the spread of germs. If they become sick or present sick at camp, we may ask them to wear a mask in an effort to reduce spread. We appreciate your cooperation for the health and safety of all our campers and staff. A child must be fever free (without the aid of medicine) for 24 hours before returning to Camp.

LIce Policy: Camper(s) who show signs of lice should be professionally treated and/or must be treated before returning to camp. We reserve the right to check all campers for lice. If needed, we may call in a professional service to check campers. The professionals will not be alone with the children and asked to follow Jen’s Camp effort to maximize camper privacy. If lice is found on your camper, they must be picked up and treated.

Behavior:  Campers are expected to  be able to respect themselves, other campers, staff, and camp belongings/property. If a camper's behavior becomes a risk to themselves, Jen’s Camp Staff, other campers, or property, or our ability to stay on schedule, we may determine it is unsafe for them to stay at Jen’s Camp. In that case, we will contact you to pick up your child(ren) and discuss their future attendance. We expect that they will be picked up by you or another emergency contact approved by you, within a reasonable amount of time (30 minutes) from our initial contact. If you do not respond to our call(s)/text(s), we reserve the right to cancel your child(ren)s Camp for the duration of the session/year as refusal to acknowledge our attempts to reach you can impede our abilities to provide a safe environment for our campers and staff. If camp property is damaged, you agree to allow us to charge the card on file for the replacement of that item(s).

Late Pick Up Charges: By registering, you authorize Jen’s Camp to put late pick-up charges through to the card on file, if applicable. Late camper pickups are each subject to a flat $25 charge for minutes 1-15 and $2 per minute after, for each camper. Charges incurred are tracked and charged by Jen’s Camp staff. Charges are automatically put through to the credit/debit card on file for the registered camper(s) account(s). If the card on file does not accept the charge, the fee must be paid via another card before the camper can return.

The policy is reflective of the impact late pick-ups have on both the staff and the organization. We know in general families are trying their best to be on time. For the first three season of operation, we had no late fee, but the impact on the organization and the staff became obvious and in 2025 we have implemented this in response. Our staff have families and commitments they made following their shift. Late pick-ups can cause staff to incur their own late fees for their young children, miss a workout class (and be charged), not be able to stop and get dinner before night class, employees working unscheduled hours can move them into overtime pay, cause employees to miss public transit, the list goes on. This fee is charged per camper. Late pick-up fees are not charged to the person picking up but to the parent/guardian who registered the camper(s) who are not picked up by the stated closing time. Closing times are as follows: Spring Break Camp 5:45p | Summer Camp 6pm | Half day AM Campers: 1:30p | Half day PM Campers 6p.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature for this agreement to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law rules.

The undersigned parent/guardian of the minor(s) named herein (the “Minor(s)”) hereby executes this Permission to Participate, Waiver and Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification Agreement on behalf of the Minor(s).

We may change our Terms and Conditions.  An updated version will be available via this link or other manners we deem appropriate/necessary.  Since we do reserve the right to modify and change this privacy statement at any time, please save the link and review it frequently.   If at any time you do not agree with an update, your camper may no longer attend Jen’s Camp.

Allergies and Camp Food

If your camper has a food allergy they may not be able to participate in our cooking activities or provided snack/lunch programs and offerings. While we can make reasonable accommodations, allergies are serious and camper safety is always a top priority. Therefore, we may require you to bring food from home. We are unable to guarantee our provided food and activities meet cross-contamination and exposure regulations. To keep your camper safe, you may be required to provide safe lunch and snack food for your camper(s). Campers are very active, so please work with your Director to ensure you are providing enough food. Home provided food should be shelf stable. While we are happy to refrigerate food and snack items when available, refrigeration is not guaranteed and may not be available. Please reach out to your local Director before your camper(s) attend Jen’s Camp to discuss the safest space for your camper to eat and the plan to keep your camper safe.

COPPA Notice

COPPA or the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), was created to protect children and requires that we give you direct notice before collecting information considered to be “personal information” from your child. Effective July 1, 2013, the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) updated COPPA to reflect changes in technology, and now considers a photograph, video, or audio file containing a child’s image or voice to be a child’s “personal information.” To read all the details of  COPPA, visit https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0031-protecting-your-childs-privacy-online

The Federal Trade Commission considers, for example among other items, a photograph, video or audio file containing a child’s image or voice to be a child’s “personal information.” Please note that we take your privacy very seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy posted on jenscamp.com.

Registration of your child(ren) at Jen’s Camp, gives your child(ren) or the child(ren) that you are the guardian of, access to many activities and programs, including some that utilize computer software applications and web-based services that are not operated by Jen’s Camp but by third parties. It is possible that in order for the campers to engage/use some of the programs and participate in certain activities, certain other personally identifying information, including a user name and/or email address, must be provided to the web site operator. Through some of these applications and software, your child(ren) may create or be captured in a photo, video, or audio project(s) or software applications.  Thus, these applications may contain images, audio or video of your child(ren)’s image(s) or voice(s) and work.  For some of the programs, we can simply use the email you register with to create an account, in other situations, you will receive an additional email from us asking you to enroll in the program, thereby creating an account for your child(ren) or the child(ren) that you are the guardian of to use.  The reason is, under federal law, these web sites must provide parental notification and obtain parental consent before collecting personal information from children under the age of 13.  Again, for more information on the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (“COPPA”) and its regulation, please visit: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions.

To go into greater detail, your child(ren) may utilize the third-party services to create projects at Jen’s Camp that may contain your child(ren)’s image(s) or voice(s), and are uploaded by your child(ren) (rather than by you), in an abundance of caution we are providing this notice. This is the only “personal information” that will be collected from your child(ren). It will not be used for any other purpose, disclosed, or combined with any other information from your child(ren). Your consent is required for the collection, use, or disclosure (to the accounts you have created for your child(ren) as indicated herein). If you do not consent, your child(ren) will not be able to register for Jen’s Camp.

I understand that I can also revoke my consent and refuse the further use of the applications by my child(ren) while at Jen’s Camp by canceling my child(ren)’s camp participation and/or enrollment.

By participating in or registering for Jen’s Camp programs, events or activities in both the ‘season’ hereby determined as a unit that you have registered your camper, or a camper that you are the guardian of (hereby referred to as ‘your camper(s)’ or ‘camper(s)’), for or ‘pre/post season’ referring to any activity, program or event that your camper, or a camper that you are the guardian of, participates in or attends that is occurring outside of a unit (week) or ‘season’ of camp, your camper will have the opportunity to participate and use our various programs, third party applications, and create or view created audio, photo and video files that may contain your campers image or audio as well as the image or voice of other campers and/or staff/vendors at Jen’s Camp or on the premise.  Our staff and/or your camper may upload an audio, photo/image, or video file to a third party app we partner with and/or our designated storage space(s) accessible by the email address you and other parent/guardians use(d) when registering for Jen’s Camp.  Both yourself and other parent(s)/guardian(s) registered or who have registered for Jen’s Camp program, activities, or events are able to access all these audio, photo/image, or video files.  During our events, program and/or  activities because your camper and/or other campers and/or children are creating content, may contain your camper’s audio, voice, image and may be uploaded by your camper and/or other campers or Jen’s Camp staff (versus by you) to our third party software, apps, or designated storage space, the FTC may and can classify this as ‘collecting’ your campers personal information.  We should also clarify that ‘other’ children could be captured due to the public nature of some events, activities, and or programs.   Your consent is required for the collection, use or disclosure of your campers information as may appear in a audio, photo or video file as well as in project(s) or applications such as software applications that your child creates, collaborates, participates in, or was included in as part of Jen’s Camps events, activities or programs.   Hereby your consent authorizes the collection, use or disclosure of your campers information as may appear in the above listed manners including audio, photo, video files, projects and/or software application to children/campers, parents/guardians of children, Jen’s Camp staff and third party contractors of Jen’s Camp as well any third parties who may receive your campers information from other campers/children or parents/guardians who attend Jen’s Camps events, programs, activities or were included in them with your camper.  We will not intentionally collect, use, or disclose any such information from your camper/child if you do not consent.   If you do not provide consent to the collection of your camper’s personal information as described above, your child/camper will not be able to participate in any of Jen’s Camp pre/postseason or in season events, activities or programs.  You can contact us and alert us that you no longer want to provide this consent at any time.  In that circumstance, we will remove the email address you provided us from access to our shared storage space and if requested remove any specific images from our website (jenscamp.com). Staff and visiting individuals doing pick-up and drop off are not allowed to take photo, video or audio on a personal device. By doing so they would be in breach of this policy but there is a risk of this behavior still occurring. By agreeing with our terms and conditions, you understand and accept that risk.

We may change this COPPA Notice.  An updated version will be available via jenscamp.com or other manners we deem appropriate/necessary.  Since we do reserve the right to modify and change this privacy statement at any time, please review it frequently.   If you cannot find an updated notice, you can reach out via the email address or phone number provided on our website and request the most current version of the notice.

We do reserve the right to disclose your and your campers personally identifiable information as required by the law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our right and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Collaborations: Jen’s Camp may collaborate with other businesses or individuals. I agree that the Jen’s Camp Terms and Conditions will be intact even when any partner organization or individual Terms + Conditions may also be present. If Jen’s Camp is releasing or receiving a camper from another organization, we will confirm the name of that organization before release if they do not have an identification available. We use the software system hisawyer, their date and sharing policies are separate from ours and inorder to register you must also agree to their practices, terms, conditions, and policies. Campers participating in YSI programs must register and agree to their policies, terms, conditions and practices. Registering for Jen’s Camp does not guarantee you a spot in YSI camps, we operate as two separate entities. The above is true for any software, program or partner of Jen’s Camp LLC.

Camp age: Campers must be 5 years old. Camp is for ages 5 - 12. Signing up ensures you are meeting this guideline.
